Golf in Viña del Mar

Hey guys, I decided to make a move to Viña. One worry I have is missing out on golf. Here in the United States, there are public courses everywhere.. I'm having a little trouble finding information on courses in Viña. Are there any public golf courses in Viña del Mar or Valparaiso? If not, do any of the private courses allow foreigners or tourists to play or make a short team deal?

What are the average prices of the courses around there?
