Working farm in Chile

Hello everyone, I own 82 acres of mix use land in Pencahue. Near Concha y Toro and las 200 olive oil farms. Anyone interested in buying half or partner with me?

Im using 20+ acres for farming and growth organic tomatoes last year, 37k in profits. Return on walnuts and blueberries are much better but requires initial investment and patience, 6-7 years aprox.

What makes the farm unique is the water resources, river, irrigation canal, noria, retention pond and seasonal spring, Water shares own by tittle.

Im trying to move to Chile with my family next June-July 2019 but need likeminded families to share the cost of development and also share the great benefits.

Thank you and God Bless you all.
Cesar

Hello, just finish dirt work on 20 acres and I’m planting 2500 walnut trees, and few hundred olive, grape and blueberries. I plant apple, pear and fig trees 7 years ago and all trees are producing lots of organic fruits,

I’m also moving next year with my wife and kids, I was going to move this year but I sold my business and the new owner ask me to stay until next year,

We are trying to bring few families, start a sustainable comunity and share the benefits, I’m more than welcome to answer any questions you may have.
