About RUT, Residency and healthcare

Good morning,
My questions are pertaining to the documents needed, specifically Social Security award letter and pensions award letters.
a) I understand you have to provide these documents to FONASA or ISAPRE to prove your income and also when you apply for residency visa. Do you need to provide them when you apply for RUT or RUN?
b) Since you need them in many places do you have to have copies, or you just show the originals and they give them back to you?
c) Do you need an apostille on these documents? On originals as well as the copies?

Thank you very much for kind help.

Lets start by not mixing things up.
To get residence visa you need a FBI records check, a medical certificate and a statement from you stating that you have a retirement income of more than 1500 dls. Monthly.
For Fonasa you show the latest SS statement only and get it back.
For RUN, always called RUT, take two copies of your passport and your resident visa plus photograph to the nearest PDI office and get a certificate. Then take all that to the registro civil for your ID card.

Thank you Fairclouth. You said that for Residency I need a statement FROM ME stating my income. Just from me? Don't they ask for proof? If they do, do you get that back so you can use it at FONASA?
