Hi,Everybody.
Thank you for sharing your experience with me.
I believe I was not clear on what I wanted regarding this subject .
What I'm looking for is... fully furnished 1/1 unit with or without balcony(not so important) with laundry facility attached to premises or washing machine is included in Providencia neighbourhood or in Santa Lucia area, must be near subway station ( easy walking distance).
We'll have tourist visa,so our renting period will be between 1 and 3 months.
I saw there were many new condos and apartment were under construction when we were there this April along Av.Ricardo Lyon.
Does anyone know anything about who's sale/renting agents ?
I have some questions on renting through on-line. How do you dispute any discrepancy ? I believe there would be contact information on the site, but it might take while to resolve and I don't speak Spanish, I've heard some horror stories about it.
I have another questions. Do you guys know where to find reliable high skilled interpreter (Spanish/English) in Santiago ?
And are they supposed to register some association ?

Thanks.

Perhaps the EE community is a bit small for this question
Try:
Internations, our community in Viña del Mar has over 1000 members and in Santiago above 8000
(they will invite you to pay but you can decline, members in Viña will soon get Premium membership free for 6 months)
