I am planning on retiring in La Serena in about three months. I am from the United States, but I have lived in Ecuador for five years.
I would like information on good apartment rental agents or realtors in the La Serena area. I will need a rental apartment in a commercial area with lots of nearby services, since I will not have a car for a few months.
I would also like information on a great Opthalmologist in the area that does cataract surgery. I want a bilingual doctor..
