Retirement visa?

Hi. Does anyone know what the realistic functional minimum dollar amount two gringa sisters would need, to apply for retirement (pensionado) visas in Chile? (I have two friends who are sisters, who want to move to Chile.) Thank you for your help.

Above Chilean minimum wage,
So from USD 600 per/month/person and above they can't deny their visas.
