Well, My first time eating out in Medellin, here are my initial recommendations.

Ls Causa - A delicious blend of Japanese and Peruvian food! Absolutely delicious. The service was outstanding (especially from the table cleaner who became our waiter when our waitress took her lunch break ). The food and atmosphere was awesome. Great crowd of people, very friendly. I literally ate every single grain of rice and sauce from my plate.

Cafe Cliche - Hidden away in a house, they only take cash not credit cards, both hostess and waitress were, at best, unconcerned as to whether we stayed or left. We left.
