So, I'm on a mission to find the best milhojas in Colombia. My criteria: not too dense, I want a little crunch to the layers, not a solid mass of moisture. but also not too dry, I don't want to feel like I'm eating crackers covered in cream. Flavors ok. One of my favorites has a layer of moras. I also had a seasonal Christmas one once with pistachios that was quite tasty.
