Paloma Valencia in a pretty blatent ploy to take votes from Cepeda's constuincy has proposed the elimination of SOAT for motos under 250cc. This is what supplies medical coverage to the motociclistas involved in eighty percent of motos involved in traffic accidents. The only likely entity that could replace this coverage is the Colombian government which is already under severe duress regarding health coverage. Cepeda for his part has asked the guerrilla factions that support him to not enorce voting in his favor at gunpoint. Oh my!
