For those of you considering to relocate to Costa Rica, you should know that it is different from other central american countries in that while other countries invested in war, armies and reconstruccion, Costa Rica invested in educaton, peace and welfare of the population, although there is a lot of nice places to see and visit in other parts of central america and panama ther is no comparison among the other countries and this country.
