I would appreciate anyone's thoughts on the relative merits of these 3 places.

We are a family of 3 (young kid 2 years old). Hoping to move there and rent a house with a bit of space, nice view, fruit trees. Cool evenings. Kids activities, Good school? Young families around. Good internet for work Maybe a few restaurants/bars. Country club (pool, tennis, golf) maybe...
