Medical Coverage for Retirees

I'm still trying to figure out my health/medical insurance options in CR. Here are my questions: 1. I'm assuming I'll need to continue paying my Medicare B premium (even though there's no Medicare coverage in CR)? So, those of you who are US expats......you're still paying for your Medicare Part B every month? 2. Does whatever private insurance I get (to cover me in CR) become my primary coverage?
