Domiciliary Care

My Wife and I are considering relocating to Cyprus, probably around Paphos, but open to advice. We provide all aspects of Domiciliary Care, and are both qualified. My Wife has a degree in Health & Social care, and is a Registered Manager. I hold NVQ 2.
Is there a requirement for qualified English Care staff in Cyprus ?
