Hi all,
We made a trip to Denmark and looked around at some suburbs. I am having a difficult time figuring out if buying or renting is a better option. Can anyone tell me if there are some upsides to owning in DK? In America we get tax breaks that make it an easy decision. But I spoke to some people in Copenhagen that told me things like, when you rent your rental insurance is paid for by the owner and that no matter how much you put down on a house it dosn't make the mothly payment change that much only the length of the loan. Any advice out there is welcome.
Anyway, I think I would like to live in the Taastrup area, unless you can tell me why I shouldn't. I need to find a real estate agent. Does anyone recomend an individual or a company?
