danish taxes again

Hello,
I am a Canadian living in Colorado and will be moving to Roskilde (30 km west of CPH) in summer. With housing market at the bottom I am thinking about renting my house in CO rather than selling. What are implications of owning a house abroad wrt Danish taxes? I would appreciate any pointers/advice.
