Property purchase through company

Hi Everyone

I am an EU citizen, living in Spain and would like to buy an apartment in Denmark as I frequently go there. I know I can do this through forming a private company (Aps). Can anyone advise me on how to do this easiest, I'd like to do it all myself. Thanks in advance. Scott
