Short-term housing for Fall 2010

Hi,
My family (myself, my husband, and 2 boys aged 11 and 15) will be living in Copenhagen from Aug-Dec 2010 while my husband is on sabbatical teaching at DIS. We are starting to look for housing, and will get some help from DIS, but wondered what advice people have regarding areas to live in and ways to find housing. We've heard a lot of families live in Osterbro, but I don't know if we'll be able to find anything short-term there. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks, Bev
