It is not going to happen. HR policies are very different in Denmark, and fluent Danish is absolutely required. Plus, you can not get a work permit for this career because it does not fit into any of the under served labor needs defined by the immigration service.

i know every country has its own labour laws what about the assistant HR or Administration job or simple Data entry or account job
if HR is differ then all account compliance also be differ there. this way none from any country move to another. How middle east countries ready to offer jobs to indians?? even MNCs in india hire IITians n IIMs to their own parent countries through cmpus even these students are not taught about their countries labour and taxation laws...

You would definitely struggle to find any admin job, especially in HR, where they don't require local experience and fluent Danish.

Hi, I'm in the EU and looking to make a move to Denmark.

Even being an EU citizen, I recognise that it would be easier for a Danish employer to employ a Dane. So I am looking at Danish skill shortages, and seeing how I can fit within those. The Danish government has a list here: https://www.nyidanmark.dk/en-us/coming_to_dk/work/positivelist/positive_list_overview.htm

I have also started learning Danish on DuoLingo, and have started a MeetUp group to learn about Denmark, Danish culture, and in time, practise speaking Danish. Basically, I am doing/going to do everything I can to make myself useful to Denmark, rather than saying "this is me/my history, what can you do for me".

I hope my thoughts are helpful :-)

Not sure if you're referring to me now and if you're being sarcastic or not but I live and work in Denmark. The fact that I'm half Swedish doesn't make me any less qualified to answer your question. I can still assure you that it IS hard to get any kind of job over here if you don't speak Danish. My suggestion is that you start off by taking a language course as that will make things 1000 times easier once you start looking for jobs.

Expect to live in an apartment and not a home unless you have a very large budget for housing expenses. CIS and Rygaards are the only international schools I would recommend in any way. When setting a budget, double or triple it. And, lastly, rent through a rent manager and NOT directly with a home owner.
