please help with NTSC PSII CDs

Hi

I am an Indian working in Cairo. My brother , who is in America, has sent PS II for my son, but unfortunately, CDs for this PSII are not available locally. [In America, NTSC system is used, whereas in Egypt, PAL system is used.]. I have tried every possible shop to get CDs for NTSC PSII but without any success. I would be grateful to be advised from where I could get these CDs.
