Adjustment Sickness In Egypt

Hello Everyone, Just moved to Egypt from the United States two weeks ago and have been terribly ill since day two. Not sure if its the water I am drinking or just all the new foods. Can anyone recommend something I can get from the pharmacy to ease the stomach cramps, diaherra and vomiting? All the medications I am use to back in the USA are unavailable here. Thanks for any and all advice.
