I am American citizen in a LDR with an Egyptian man for 6 months. Took a nice vacation together and everything was perfect. Until he gets a call stating his kids were sick. Since then his messages are without much emotion and he seems to be pushing me away. I know he doesn’t hardly ever get to see his kids based on the Egyptian child custody laws. But any advice on how someone could seem to care about me to rare texts and communication? I am at a loss. Could he change so drastically so quick and lose interest in us?
