Setting up a company

Hey everyone,

I’m a lawyer who’s thinking about leaving my current job to start my own company in the citizenship / residency by investment (Golden Visa) field. I’m planning to set it up in Estonia and spend a few months there each year.

I speak English, Russian, Turkmen, Azerbaijani, and Turkish, so I’m hoping that could help me connect with clients from different countries.

I’d love to hear your thoughts about life and work in Estonia — especially what it’s like to start a business there as a foreigner. What are the main legal steps or things I should know before setting everything up?

And just in case the business doesn’t go as planned, I’m also open to finding a job in Estonia later on.

Any advice, experiences, or tips would mean a lot! ?

Thanks in advance!
