Banking in France

Hi, I am relocating from the US to Paris in August. I'm very excited and have handled most of the issues (I hope!), but I could use some baking advice. Ideally, I'd have an account that lets me keep money in both dollars and Euros and have access to it in France as well as online to pay bills back in the US. Am I dreaming??? Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Doug
