Moving to Dresden in 2 weeks - Help!

Hello there! I hope you can help me. I will be moving to Dresden in a couple of weeks, and the flat/apartment we were about to rent has suddenly been sold to a new owner making our in-progress rental agreement invalid and the new one can't be done until we're already there! We're moving from England just before Christmas, so it's not like we can show up with all our belongings in Germany and not have a place to live if the contract isn't a good one or falls thru completely. We need another option and quick!

Do you know of any websites or ways of finding a flat/apartment really quick from abroad?

I don't want to spend Christmas in a moving van!
