Playgroups Berlin for 1 year up

Hello
We have just moved to Berlin and we are living in Grunewald. Does anyone know of any playgroups we can go to - I would like one English speaking one and one German speaking one as we are bringing up our 1 year old son bi-lingually. If you know of a playgroup around Grunewald, Charlottenburg, Wilmersdorf as an example that would be great.
