Meetin.org (http://meetin.org) has networks all over the world and now its Colognes turn to join in on the fun. Meetin groups provide social networks for their members. It is not a dating site, theres no membership fee and the only thing members have to pay for is the event (drinks, dinner, whatever) and transportation.
