I am an American Citizen & have been trying for 6 years to return to Germany to be closer to my dual citizen children who live with there mother. This year I & my new fiance tried again & would have had to appeal decisions made by the Auslanderbehorde & simply didn't have the money to last for the duration of the fight. I qualify but due to certain factors would have been denied. Of course you can't get a work visa without Aufenthalt so catch 22. Anybody know of any positions that I can get health insurance & sponsorship letters through? I have worked in Lit Support for a major law firm, restaurant management, audio engineering, etc etc. My fiance is a dance/theater major/teacher.
