I am hoping that I will be living in Germany sometime early next year (don't know if that will happen yet or not but I am hoping!). I have recently become very health conscious as far as food is concerned and it is my understanding that many Germans embrace healthy and sustainable eating practices as well. I know that the concept of Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) was pioneered in Germany, but I am wondering what they are called over there so that I can go about finding a CSA if and when I find myself there so that I can have a nice steady supply of fresh veggies while supporting local farmers.
