Move from Germany back to US

Hi,

After a lengthy stay in Germany I'm planning on moving back to the US early next year.

Since I'm changing jobs, I will be paying for the move so I want to minimize costs as much as possible.

Does anyone have any idea how much the costs will be? Is it better to get a "full service" move, or should I pack everything myself?

Also, do you know of any companies in NRW (Dusseldorf area) that can arrange the move?

Any tips / suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
