Hi, I'm new here so I'm just looking for a bit of advice please.
My partner has just had a job offer in Cologne for 6 months and we have 3 weeks to find a place to live!
How easy is it to find an apartment to rent? I've found a couple online but I'm not sure of the selection process, as obviously it varies from country to country! Will it be relatively easy to move in straight away?
Also, as we aren't planning on being in Germany long term, where would we be able to find cheap or 2nd hand furniture?
We will be driving from the UK so will have basic appliances / TV etc so its just really the big stuff like sofa, bed etc.
Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!
