Changing tax classes

Hi everyone,

I got married in Januaryr. Whit my wife we are considering to switch to tax class 3/5. According to this calculator (https://apps.thewizz.art/2022/01/21/gross-net-salary-calculator/) this would give us an extra 300€ per month. Do we need to pay this back at the end, during tax declaration?
