Hi, I am interested in finding a charming small town/villiage outside of a happening city. I'd prefer not to own a car and just use public transport for occasional activities.
Cost is a first priority, in the US, I am very low income. Am I chasing an unnatainable dream? It's hard to find info about living outside a city, especially cost and transport. Reccomendations?
