Relocation grant info

It looks like my wife and I will be leaving Switzerland to relocate to India this year - am now up to my ears in legal, tax and all the rest of the "fun" stuff to do with the relocation.

Will work for a small outfit, and so have to pretty much figure it all out myself, and am wondering if anyone could share some info on common practice in India for relocation (and repatriation) grants.

If this is salary dependant, then a % amount would also do just fine. I will be hired at senior management level of an NGO.
