Moving to Pune

Hi, I am from Colorado, USA. I am looking into a possible move for a couple of years to Pune. I would like to find out some basic information about

International Schools (Pre-K and KG)
Areas where expats tend to live
What is a reasonable rental price for a furnished 2 or 3 bedroom apt. in these areas
Which hospitals that have good facilities for young children
Car rental prices for long term use vs buying a car and having a driver: which is cheaper
