Hello everyone, I am currently work in India in one of our offshore vendor office taking care of all the offshore operations. My company doesnt have any presence in India. I have moved my entire family assuming I can leave there for atleast 1 year. I have my daughter in the school in Pune. Now my company is telling me to move back before I cross the 183 day mark. Can anyone please tell me if there are ways around this which will allow me to work in India for an extended period of time. My company thinks paying tax is not the only issue to be sorted out.
