Rental rates in Mumbai

Hello - we're just arrived in Mumbai and are looking for a 3 bed flat in Powai. Our broker seems to think we'll need to pay around Rs.200,000 for a decent flat - but this is twice what we have rented our own flat out for in London, surely this is over-inflated and unrealistic? Any advice on getting a decent deal in Powai? Thanks, CitizenG.
