Assistance in Pune!

Hello, I am a 31 Italian who has just moved to Pune because of business reason.
I am actually in an hotel in Magarpatta City but i would like to move soon to an apartment. Is it Koreagon Park the best place for an expat?Would you have any contacts to help me in the research of an apartment?
