I am an American citizen, and lived in India from 2003-12 on a ten-year tourist visa. Upon returning to India from a visit to USA I was informed that I was blacklisted, and was denied entry into the country. I cannot find out why I have been blacklisted. Has anyone had a similar experience, and can suggest to where I can turn for resolution to this issue? I would like to obtain a new visa and return to India.
