Use caution while choosing a maid agency

I recently moved from US to India and was looking for a maid in mumbai. I looked up online and called up one of the maid supply agency in mumbai. He took an advance payment which i was ok with. After taking the payment he never answered my call. I tried contacting the police but they said that its a common thing in mumbai.

But i needed a maid and my friend referred me to www.bookmybai.com

They were extremely professional and solved my maid problem in 2 working days. Also they did not take any advance payment from me. I would not have given them any advance anywhichways. However the customer support was excellent and hence recommend them to everybody
