Looking for a nice place to live. I have basic furniture and now have a nice rental that I would like to keep but I have advertised for a whole year and a half and cannot find a person to share it with me so I have decided to end the lease and find a place smaller.

I have answered many adds for people looking for a place but no luck. I am now desperate to give up the place.
