relocation and accomodation in Tokyo

Dear All, I'm moving to Tokyo from California and am keen to find out any advice on what I should be looking out for in terms of relocation package from my company, accomodation average price in Minoto ku or Shibuya ku for at least 40 sq meters and other important things an expat couple should know. Any advice or direction to other resources is appreciated.
