Has anyone figured out a good way to transfer money from U.S. to a Kenyan in Kenya? Western Union and Money Gram take too much in fees. I have used UpSide but that requires that I (U.S. Citizen) get the card in my name and send it to the recipient in Kenya. You can see the drawback in this. Am looking at other options for pre-paid visa cards but i need to be able to load the card from here (U.S.) and the recipient has the ability to use an ATM there (Kenya). PayPal doens't work because in order to get a debit card you must have a U.S. Bank Account. Any ideas? Any experience?
