Retirement Visa

I am looking to obtain a retirement visa. Showing $19k/year income is problematic as my retirement funds are in DeFi, not TradFi.

Would it be acceptable to lock up the $19k (or more) in a Kenyan bank and submit that as proof of annual survival funds? What is the minimum acceptable to show in the bank in lieu of annual income for purposes of obtaining the retirement visa?
