Re: Is it wise to buy and drive a car in Seoul??

Our family is going to move to Seoul this coming summer. We have never lived there before. Can anyone provide some opinions about buying and driving a car in Seoul?? Do you think it's necessary ?? How about the traffic and parking there?? Is it easy to get a parking space ?? We would like to get some ideas from all of you. Thanks.
