Moving to Kuwait- Help

I have a Job Offer with a firm in Kuwait and I am contemplating moving from Newyork to Kuwait. I had a couple of questions and was wondering if someone in this forum can help me with the following:

Which banks which will allow me to transfer money from Kuwait to NewYork (My current bank in NY is Citibank)?

Would I be able to purchase a step down converter in Kuwait or should I bring one from the States (I am planning on moving my Home Entertainment Center to Kuwait)

Would 100KD/Month be enough to lease a car in Kuwait?

What are the good expat clubs in Kuwait and how much is membership in general? (I am an avid Squash Player)?

Also any good sites where I can get a general idea of the rental market for apts in Kuwait?

I am married and have no children

Any help would be great.
