Teenager moving to kuwait

I am thinking about moving to kuwait with my dad but i dont know.. he says they ahve an american school and us females dont have to wear abyas but i want to know about the socail aspects i mean i am 17 and i wanna have friends and have things to do there is it alot like america? are there alot of restrictions for american females like in saudi arabia? i would greatly appriciate if some one could give me a good web sight or just tell me how it is over htere for teenage females. i have a week to decide from today.
