Having a baby in Kuwait

Hi
We are a young family moving to Kuwait in September with our 2,5 year-old son.

We're expecting another baby in December. Can anybody please tell me what's the best hospital to deliver a baby here? I had my first son in Dubai at the American Hospital. The quality of care was really good there. Could someone tell me about your experience delivering a baby in Kuwait?

Are there many moms and tots groups? What's the best way to meet other moms and kids?
