Dear all,

Can someone give me some details on mobile phones, is it best to buy one in the UK and then use it in Kuwait or buy one when I get there?
Can you also let me know what the costs and red tape are like if I buy one over there?

Also is it easy to get broadband and what are the costs and red tape (if any)?
