Coming to Kuwait

Recently, I have been offered a job in Kuwait.....I am a Pakistani National and have been exploring the life in KUWAIT.....i have heard that kuwait's are not treating the paki's, indians' with respect....Is this a general practice.....or if some one' can advise me how these incidents can be avoided......Currently, i am working in GE (KSA)....Are kuwait's more arrogant as compared to Saudi's...
Can u please advise me the areas where i can live with my wife and two kids.....i have to travel alot and therefore like to live in place preferably as westren area or otherwise a pakistani area......

I will appreciate if any one can help me understanding all these basic things .....
