Are there any Jews in Kuwait?

I am considering a job in Kuwait. I have 2 small children. Is there ANY chance of meeting another Jew? Is there any sort of service for any holiday? Are there any families that have shabbat dinner? Anything? Is there a US Army chaplain? any ideas/suggestions?
